The total cost of the call is $9.99 (USD).

How long is each call?
A
The length of the call is determined by the correctional facility and will be stated clearly prior to your call acceptance and payment. Each call is stated as a maximum call length. You will not be credited for shorter duration calls or for unused minutes.

What happens if the call gets disconnected?
A
There are no credits for disconnected calls or unused minutes. Please make sure you have a strong cell signal (full bars) prior to accepting any calls.

How many calls can I make per month using Collect2Card?
A
We will allow a maximum of $150.00 of paid call time or ten (10) calls per month.
Please note that if you reach the maximum call or dollar threshold in any given month, the service will be temporarily suspended until the first day of the next month.

How old do you need to be to use the Collect2Card service?

We suggest the accepting party be at least 18 years of age.

What happens if an unauthorized party accepts a call?
A
As this is a credit card paid service, there should be no unauthorized charges made with your card unless your card has been stolen. If you card has been stolen, you should report it to your card issuing company immediately.

How can I block my cell phone number from receiving Collect2Cardcalls?
A
Click here and enter your phone number as instructed. Please remember that you will be completely blocked from our service and will not be able to receive calls from any corrections or inmate facilities unless you unblock the service by contacting us.
